Laurence Anthony is a Canadian actor, best known for his roles in Degrassi: The Next Generation, Break Out, 30 Rock, H.M.S.: White Coat and the Saw franchise.
He played Officer Rogers in Saw 3D.
Early Life[]
Laurence Anthony was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He was raised entirely by his single mother and his maternal grandparents. A student of coach, Anthony Abeson, actor and published writer and playwright, Anthony's talent as an actor was discovered at the age of 20 by Toronto casting director Steven Mann.
Having studied Radio and TV Arts at illustrious Canadian school, Ryerson University, and extensive acting with his first coach Lewis Baumander, Laurence Anthony has been seen in various commercials and has nabbed TV appearances. His first leading role in a Hollywood feature film was that of Rogers in Saw 3D, directed by Kevin Greutert. A frequent traveler, Anthony spends much of his time between New York and his native Toronto.
