Casey Patterson is a fictional character from the Saw franchise. She is one of the unseen characters in the series.
Biography
Umbrella Health
Casey Patterson was a client of the Umbrella Health insurance company. At one point, she called the companie's department for membership and claims, which was known for denying its clients' coverage requests, to issue a complaint. However, William Easton, the department's senior vice president, was busy with a conversation with Debbie, Umbrella's lawyer, and therefore ordered his secretary, Addy, to tell Casey that he'd call her back within the week.
